Senior Associate role in
Human Capital Management is focused on optimizing the learning experience and ensuring quality and compliance within the area. Working closely with Business Leaders, this position involves developing initiatives, analyzing global requirements for the creation of training plans, and identifying opportunities for improvement to manage projects with excellence. The role requires critical thinking to perform quantitative analyses aimed at optimizing and streamlining processes, supervising global reports for the area, and participating in internal audit follow-ups. You will also be exposed to
global projects executed for the Argentina-Uruguay territory and will identify gaps as a result of any review that implies a risk in the execution of Quality & Compliance (Q&C). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking for

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English level.
- Very good command of Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be desirable.
- Must have at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Analytical, global vision, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding the importance of correct information management.
- Knowledge in information security and data protection.
- Correct management of information security.
