Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related course
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Engagement technical implementation
  • At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure and Office 365
  • Proficient with X++, C#, .NET, or JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL Server database
  • Preferred to have one or more of the following technical certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
  • Government Clearance Required? Yes
