Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Must be a retired Commissioned Officer from the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have served in SSG or have practical training experience in military departments.
• Experience in handling various weapons and in a training department is essential.
• Candidates with knowledge of Karate, Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Boxing, Weightlifting, Physical Training, Hearing, Seasonal Training, English language education, nursing education, good temperament, discipline and skill will be preferred.
• Proper medical fitness is essential.

• The completed application form, along with attested copies of required documents (training certificates, CNIC, domicile, PRC, educational certificates, experience certificates, and 4 passport-size photographs), must be submitted to SSU Headquarters, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
• Applications must be submitted by the deadline of April 10, 2026.
• Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be considered by the competent authority.

General Conditions:

• The duration of service for those working in SSU will be for a specific period.
• Extension of service will depend on performance and institutional requirements. Immediate medical officials will be assessed based on performance and qualifications.
• Individuals involved in criminal cases will not be eligible. If any applicant is found to be involved in a criminal case at any stage, their application will be rejected.
• The salary of Sector Trainer and Instructor will be as per medical staff, and will be subject to government taxes and policies of regulatory bodies and government laws.
• Selected candidates will be entitled to medical payments and other facilities like permanent employees.
• Failure to comply with rules, regulations, and standards will result in departmental action, which may lead to termination of employment.
• No TA/DA will be given for any test or interview.
• Age relaxation will be given according to Sindh Government policy.
