Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Mastery in the following: Software Fluency in the latest digital programs and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Power Point, Excel and Word. AI experience is a plus. Skills in design and SMPL process, design briefs, design CPS, package design, design layout, digital to create robust design solutions and the ability to lead with expertise and partner with the multi-disciplinary teams. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and handle complexity of projects at different stages at once. Experience in designing for OTC brands or similar (regulated) executing across multiple touchpoints a plus.
