The Controlling Team at PwC Poland consists of 30 finance specialists. We deal with both financial and process controls, data analysis, and financial modeling. We constantly seek imperfections in PwC's internal processes, organize or improve them, and then control them. We create reports based on various technologies and continuously develop by participating in training sessions. We are in constant contact with the business to better understand our company's finances. We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Future Role:
- Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations (both cyclical and ad hoc).
- Participating in the month-end closing process.
- Assisting in the preparation of forecasts and the annual budgeting process.
- Supporting financial systems and processes.
- Continuously updating forecasts and plans.
- Actively supporting in broadly understood financial and controlling matters.
Requirements:
- Initial experience in a controlling team.
- Higher education related to finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (daily use).
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with interpersonal contact and enjoy teamwork.
- Goal-oriented and possess a confident attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of new AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Proactive approach.
