Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with organizational standards and labor laws
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance of HR policies across all departments
- Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring productivity, engagement, and professional development
Eligibility Criteria:- MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 05–07 years of core HR experience
- 02-03 years in a supervisory/lead role
- Strong hands-on experience in policy development and recruitment
