We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst for a project role to join our team, focusing on
IT transformation consulting and
business process modeling. This role involves comprehensive
requirements analysis,
data analysis, and active participation in
solution architecture and
project delivery.
Your future role:
- Conducting business workshops on process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Analysis and management of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Data analysis and design of logical data models.
- Preparation of professional analytical documentation.
- Testing support – assistance in verifying correctness of results.
- Implementation support.
- Substantive sales support, including client needs analysis, cost estimation, and planning of the analysis area, risk analysis.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have at least 7 years of experience in IT projects.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position - business analyst, system analyst, solution architect.
- You hold a certificate: IREB or BABOK or Agile BA and UML or BPMN.
- You are proficient in English at least at B2 level and communicate fluently in Polish.
- You have the ability to identify dependencies between company business areas and project areas.
- You can use project and documentation management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ADO).
- You are ready for business trips for foreign clients - business trips up to 25% of the time.
- You can work independently with full responsibility for the final outcome, as well as collaborate with team members.
- You are characterized by very good communication/interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- You have the possibility to operate as a sole proprietor or a business entity in Poland (due to the project-based nature of employment).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of industry standards.
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of CRM products: Salesforce, MS Dynamics OR industry products, e.g., banking systems.
- Knowledge of cloud technology.
- Knowledge of IT system integration.
- Project experience in an analytical or related role in one of the sectors: telecommunications, finance, energy, public.
