Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are looking for a detail oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of our Restaurant Division. The ideal candidate must have experience in F&B accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Record daily sales (cash, card, delivery platforms) and reconcile with POS
• Manage supplier invoices, GRN matching, and payment schedules
• Maintain petty cash and daily expense records
• Perform weekly and monthly inventory and stock reconciliation
• Prepare COGS reports and monitor food cost variances
• Handle payroll, attendance, overtime, and staff advances
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare VAT calculations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Prepare Financial Statements, and management reports
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accounting controls
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a restaurant or F&B company
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and delivery platforms
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho or similar)
• Good understanding of UAE VAT
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
