As a Manager or Senior Manager in CMAAS, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing technical and strategic advice on accounting matters. This role involves managing complex financial transactions like mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital issuances, financial reporting under international standards (IFRS, US GAAP), accounting and regulatory transformation projects, interpretation and application of accounting and regulatory standards, and supporting audit and due diligence processes. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior and mid-level teams, working directly with clients across various sectors, managing projects, and leading teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- 8 to 11 years of relevant experience in accounting consulting, audit or financial advisory, preferably in BIG4 or recognized firm.
- Solid practical and technical knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP and financial regulations related to capital markets.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong communication, presentation skills and ability to interact with clients and regulators.
- Advanced level of Spanish (oral and written).
- Advanced level of English (oral and written).
