These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.
People in deals at PwC will focus on providing consulting services related to people and talent aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will work closely with clients to assess the people implications of deals, develop integration strategies, and provide guidance on talent retention, organisational design, and cultural alignment. Working in this area, you will assist clients in managing change and maximising the value of their human capital during deal transactions.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Minimum years experience required: 1-4 years

    • Drafting text‑heavy report sections or building PowerPoint pages, collaborating with deal teams in different time zones, and aligning analyses and messages.
    • Managing timelines, organizing workstreams, and ensuring deliverables connect leadership, talent, and culture findings to the value creation plan.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong analytical and qualitative synthesis skills.
    • Experience in M&A, Advisory or leadership/talent/culture-related work.
    • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
    • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; data visualization tools are a plus.
    • Ability to conduct and interpret leadership interviews and identify themes and risks.
    • Understanding of leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy in transactions.
    • Strong project management and ability to work in fast‑paced, global deal environments.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in M&A or due diligence.
    • Knowledge of leadership/culture assessments.
    • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
    • Background in psychology or organizational development.
    • Prior client-facing or global team experience.
  • Information Security and Data Protection:
    • Understand the importance of having correct information management.
    • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
