Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Qualification: Bachelors / Masters (or equivalent)
Experience: Minimum 2 Year experience with Bachelors, 1 year experience with Masters

Notes:

Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and management audits of assigned departments and functions of TIH in accordance with the approved annual audit plan, internal policies, SOP’s, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely initiation, proper planning, effective execution, and completion of audits within agreed timelines, including:
a) Submission of draft audit reports within agreed timeframes; b) Maintenance of complete, accurate, and well-documented audit working papers in line with internal audit standards; c) Identification of key risks, control gaps, and root causes, ensuring no significant observations are overlooked; d) Preparation of clear, concise, and professionally drafted audit WPs with appropriate formatting; e) Obtaining management responses on audit findings and assist in finalizing audit reports after due validation from management. 3. Perform audit fieldwork, including walkthroughs, tests of controls, substantive procedures, data analysis, and verification of supporting documents to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls 4. Review compliance with organizational policies, donor/zakat requirements, contractual obligations and applicable laws and regulations relevant to hospital operations
