The Energy & Industry Team is part of Strategy&, PwC's global strategic consulting practice. We support leaders of energy, industrial, and infrastructure transformation in implementing the most ambitious projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. We advise clients on strategy, investments, business transformation, M&A projects, and the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. Our projects include, among others, nuclear energy, new energy technologies, alternative fuels, industrial decarbonization, logistics, and strategic infrastructure investments. We combine strategic thinking with a real impact on key investment and business decisions made by the largest organizations in the region. We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant to join our team.
Your future role will involve participation in projects carried out for the largest enterprises, investors, and public institutions operating in the energy, fuel, gas, industry, logistics, and infrastructure sectors, preparing strategic and market analyses supporting management and investor decisions, assessing the profitability of investment projects and building and verifying financial models, supporting clients in the implementation of large-scale investment projects, including nuclear energy, infrastructure, and transformational projects, participation in corporate transformation projects, process optimization, and strategy implementation, supporting M&A and joint venture transactions – from analysis and documentation preparation to transaction execution and integration, preparing recommendations for management and presenting analysis results to clients, co-creating offers and business materials for current and potential clients.

Twoja przyszła rola:
- uczestnictwo w projektach realizowanych dla największych przedsiębiorstw, inwestorów i instytucji publicznych działających w sektorach energii, paliw, gazu, przemysłu, logistyki i infrastruktury,
- przygotowywanie analiz strategicznych i rynkowych wspierających decyzje zarządów oraz inwestorów,
- ocena opłacalności przedsięwzięć inwestycyjnych oraz budowę i weryfikację modeli finansowych,
- wsparcie klientów przy realizacji wielkoskalowych projektów inwestycyjnych, w tym projektów energetyki jądrowej, infrastrukturalnych i transformacyjnych,
- udział w projektach transformacji przedsiębiorstw, optymalizacji procesów i wdrażania strategii,
- wsparcie transakcji M&A oraz joint venture – od analiz i przygotowania dokumentacji po realizację i integrację transakcji,
- przygotowywanie rekomendacji dla kadry zarządzającej oraz prezentowanie wyników analiz klientom,
- współtworzenie ofert i materiałów biznesowych dla obecnych i potencjalnych klientów.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have experience in consulting, business, financial, strategic analyses, or investment projects.
- We do not require experience exclusively in consulting – people with industrial, investment, technical, or legal experience also successfully develop with us.
- You are interested in the energy, fuel, industry, or infrastructure sector.
- You want to develop in the area of energy and economic transformation.
- You can analyze complex problems and draw practical conclusions.
- You have technical, economic, financial, legal, or other quantitative education.
- You communicate fluently in Polish and English.
- You are very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- The target position will depend on the candidate's experience and the recruitment process.
