Eligibility / Qualification Required:

The ideal candidates will be based within 60 miles of the following cities:
Northeast Region:_Philadelphia, PA, Newark, NJ, Pittsburgh, PA, Baltimore, MD, or Columbus, OH._
West Region:_The ideal candidate will be based within 60 miles of the following cities: Riverside, CA, Sacramento, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, or Seattle, WA._
Great Lakes Region:_The ideal candidate will be based within 60 miles of the following cities: Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI, Indianapolis, IN, Detroit, MI or Minneapolis, MN._
South Central Region:_The ideal candidate will be based within 60 miles of the following cities: Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, or Kansas City, MO._
Southeast Region:_The ideal candidate will be based within 60 miles of the following cities: Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, Tampa, FL, or Orlando, FL._
Responsibilities:
  • Develop professional relationships with key dealership stakeholders to maximize engagement and deepen penetration with financing programs and back-end products.
  • Communicate rate sheet changes, program enhancements, and other information that will drive dealers' success with the program.
  • Build, communicate, and execute on F&I program goals and objectives for your region.
  • Identify, track, and report on dealer performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on OEM products, financing programs, back-end products for both Octane and its competitors.
  • Train OEM and dealer partners on the value proposition of the program including, technical features, and other value added products.
  • Achieve stated goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Complete monthly sales activities including dealer visits, phone calls, and emails.
  • Attend OEM events, dealer events, and industry events as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the financing of consumer products.
  • Candidates will need to reside within their assigned region.
  • This is a remote position with approximately 50% travel.
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and travel throughout North America as required.
  • F&I experience or experience in the powersports industry is preferred.
Compensation:The role described above offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 + a bonus incentive. Your offer will be based on location, the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity. In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include bonus eligibility, a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below.
