Job Description:
- Management Responsibilities
- Monitor the overall functioning of the Facilitation Center and ensure compliance with IHHN programme standards.
- Ensure that the standardized FC structure and service delivery mechanisms are fully operational and compliant with programme requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with FC staff to ensure the smooth implementation of programme activities and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Promptly escalate any major operational or compliance issues to IHHN.
- Operational Responsibilities
- Submit a daily checklist to IHHN highlighting FC functionality, stock status, beneficiaries' caseload, compliance status, and operational challenges.
- Ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive appropriate guidance and comply with all programme protocols related to cash transfers and Specialized Nutritious Food (SNF) distribution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all required programme services, including beneficiary authentication, anthropometric measurements, awareness sessions, and beneficiary counselling.
- Verify beneficiary compliance by ensuring completion of:

- o Registration
- o Attendance at awareness sessions
- o ANC/PNC visits and vaccination requirements
- 5. Maintain regular communication with the District Coordinator and the IHHN Provincial Office and provide timely updates, data and success stories as required.
- 6. Monitor monthly SNF distribution plans and actual distributions to ensure they are aligned with the caseload of BISP beneficiaries at the respective facility.
- 7. Ensure, in coordination with DC, that all approved SNF Management SOPs and required IEC materials are displayed at the Facilitation Center.
- 8. Ensure that tablets are securely stored, fully charged, fully functional, and have reliable internet connectivity.
- 9. Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the beneficiary referral system and ensure compliance by the the FC staff
- 10. Ensure the timely referral of malnourished beneficiaries from the registration counter to CMAM Stabilization Centers (SCs).
- 11. Coordinate with CNVs and other partners to ensure that community-level referral mechanisms are functional for malnourished children and pregnant and lactating women, with particular attention to referrals to hospitals and other designated health facilities.
- 12. Ensure full compliance with the IHHN Code of Conduct and all organizational policies and procedures communicated during induction.
- 13. Coordinate with the Provincial HR/Admin team and DCs regarding repair, maintenance, logistics, and other administrative matters related to the Facilitation Center.
- 14. Share all programme-related issues, reporting updates, and data-related concerns with the Provincial IMO in a timely manner.
- 15. In the absence of the Registration Officer (RO), and/or during periods of high beneficiary caseload, provide support in the registration process to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- 16. Support FC staff in compiling distribution reports and other reports required by IHHN.
- 17. Conduct regular compliance monitoring and report any deviations from programme guidelines, SOPs, or the IHHN Code of Conduct to IHHN.
- 18. Perform any other duties assigned by IHHN at the Provincial Office (PO) or Country Office (CO) level.
