Job Location WARSAW PLANT & GO Job Description Build the digital nervous system of modern manufacturing We are looking for a hands‑on software engineer who wants to shape how manufacturing data, OT systems, and business logic truly work together at scale. This is not a maintenance role. This is a platform‑ and product‑building role, at the heart of Command Center, One Compose, and next‑generation OT integrations.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You will own and grow backend OT applications that power Command Center insights Hub by: Building robust backend services on One Compose platform and beyond Integrating diverse OT and manufacturing business logics into a coherent, scalable product landscape Turning fragmented OT solutions into reusable, composable digital capabilities Enabling analytics, AI, and operational insights through clean, well‑modeled OT integrations You will work under the leadership of experience OT Leader, partnering closely with both IT and PS organizations over a C0DE products, including: UFM, PROCTR, R Factor, UPS, COLOS, Auto PO, and other factory systems.
