Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification:

  Bachelors or Diploma in Occupational Health

• Experience:

  3-5 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

• The HSE Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the workplace.
  
• The role involves implementing HSE IHHN policies, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments, organizing training sessions to hospital staff and security staff, and promoting a strong safety culture among all staff and monitoring and implementation on work place contractors.
  
• The HSE Supervisor plays a key role in preventing accidents, minimizing risks, and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment & reporting to concerned Coordinator HSE – Operation CHD
  
• HSE Supervisor ensure compliance with regulation, patients & staff safety, emergency preparedness, training and simulation drill, monitor ongoing construction and other physical activity and ensure safety measure and control risk.
