The Ideal Candidate Stellar packaging experience amongst a variety of industries Uses Empathy and non-linear thinking: Must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind. Has strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices with multi-functional partners. Has superior time and project management skills; possess the ability to set priorities and be accountable. Job Qualifications BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
