Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Technology Specialism Advisory - Other Management Level Associate. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Data Migration Associate to participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of data migration activities for our SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP systems, data migration methodologies, and project management, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure successful data transition with high data integrity and minimal disruption to operations.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end data migration activities as part of SAP implementation (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Develop and execute the data migration strategy, plans, and timelines.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems to SAP.
• Master key SAP data migration tools including LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM, SAP Migration Cockpit, and SAP Data Services.
• Provide hands-on training, support, and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they are capable of using these tools effectively and independently.
• Collaborate with business process owners, data owners, and functional teams to identify and validate data requirements.
• Coordinate data mapping, data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants and technical teams to define data structures and ensure proper configuration.
• Monitor and report on data migration progress, issues, and risks.
• Ensure data quality standards and compliance with governance policies.
• Oversee testing activities including mock loads, validation cycles, and cutover planning.
• Manage a team of associates, senior associates, and/or external consultants as required.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data migration best practices.
