The Opportunity: The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for Bourbon Steak, Washingtonâs most popular steakhouse. Chic, modern and visually striking, this award-winning steakhouse features American classics with an haute cuisine twist. Bourbon Steak's creator, Michael Mina, and his team have designed distinctive lunch and fine dining dinner menus to suit the rhythm of the city, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, as well as natural, organic and hormone free cuts of beef and line-caught seafood. Qualifications: First and foremost, a passion for service that is supported by strong knowledge and prior experience in Food and Beverage in an upscale restaurant. Two to three years previous management experience in Food & Beverage outlets. Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. High level of creativity. Ability to irregular hours, weekends, and evenings. Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000 Annually Visa Requirements: Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
