- Perform daily General Ledger (GL) to bank statement matching. Investigate, track, and resolve open entries, discrepancies, and un-reconciled balances across multiple branch and suspense accounts.
- Identify aging entries, operational discrepancies, or potential leakage points, escalating financial or liquidity risks to the Unit Lead or Risk Management team immediately.
- Drive month-end closing activities by ensuring all respective clearing GLs are balanced, verified, and settled within the strict corporate closing timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing outstanding positions, reconciliation efficiency, and aging analysis for senior leadership review.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Treasury, and DFS Technical Team to resolve system errors, root-cause transaction failures, and streamline data lifecycles.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field (e.g., BBA, MBA Finance, M.Com).
- Part-qualified professional certifications (such as ACCA, CA, or professional banking diplomas) are highly advantageous.
