Eligibility / Qualification Required:
1.Lead tender strategy and bid planning for assigned opportunities, including win strategy, bid programme, resourcing plan, and key assumptions.
2.Manage the end-to-end tender process as the single point of coordination across engineering, commercial, procurement, planning, HSE, legal and finance teams.
3.Direct and consolidate technical and commercial proposals, ensuring a clear, compliant and competitive submission aligned with client requirements.
4.Lead estimating and pricing activities, including quantity take-off review, cost build-up, risk/contingency evaluation, and pricing governance/approvals.
5.Ensure tender compliance and quality control, including document control, internal reviews, submission formatting, deadlines, and bid audit readiness.
6.Handle tender clarifications and negotiations with clients/consultants, coordinating internal responses and maintaining a clear bid position.
7.Support pre-award and post-award handover, ensuring all commitments, assumptions, exclusions, risks and commercial terms are properly transferred to the project team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong capability in market development, tendering, and project-related coordination; familiar with tender pricing / quotation work.
- Solid understanding of local regulations, compliance requirements, and business practices in the target region; able to conduct market research and stakeholder engagement independently.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
