• Experience:

  2-3 years of experience

Job Description:

• Continuously monitor live feeds from CCTV cameras throughout the hospital.
• Identify and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.  Ensure all hospital areas are under surveillance at all times.
• Ensure CCTV monitoring is performed vigilantly and thoroughly.
• Ensure CCTV monitoring area is not left unsupervised at any times.
• Alert security personnel to incidents observed on camera.
• Maintain communication with security supervisors/guards to ensure a coordinated response.
• Provide critical information to law enforcement if needed with the permission of HOD.
• Ensure record of details of CCTV monitoring is documented in the incident log book, to be stored and used when required.
• Maintain logs of all activities and incidents captured by CCTV.
• Review and provide footage for investigations when requested with the approval of HOD.
• Ensure all recorded footage is securely stored and archived as per hospital policies through IT Department.
• Ensure all systems and processes are in working order; inform the HOD in case of malfunction.
• Respond to incidents, such as accidents, emergencies, or criminal activity, by alerting security personnel, emergency services, or other relevant authorities.
• Perform any other task assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or by the Head of Department.
