Fresh candidates, prior call center experience will be preferred
Maximum 27 years
- Ability to act as a liaison between bank and its customers.
- Capable for handling both inbound/outbound calls.
- Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries.
- To keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
- To maintain performance as per the defined performance matrix.
- Comfortable at working in shifts and on gazette holidays as well.
