Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is 35 hectares wide â Sun-dappled tropical gardens-featuring 4,500 coconut palm trees, bordering a one-kilometer stretch of Ha My Beach & 30 minutes drive from Danang Airport & 15 minutes from Hoi An About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator (Receiver) to join our team at FS Resort The Nam Hai. In this role, you will ensure all incoming goods meet the required standards in quality, quantity, and price, while supporting efficient purchasing and inventory processes. What you will do Verify all incoming goods against delivery orders, invoices, and purchase records Inspect items for quality, condition, and accuracy before storage Ensure all deliveries match approved purchase orders; investigate or reject discrepancies Update daily transactions in the Purchasing/Inventory system and prepare receiving reports Maintain organized records of receiving documents and purchase orders Coordinate with relevant departments for inspection of specialty items Ensure all goods are delivered to the designated receiving area Process and document rejected or damaged items, including credit requests Comply with all company policies, procedures, and internal controls What you bring Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, and inventory procedures Proficiency in computer operations and the ability to handle and process invoices accurately Ability to read, write, and speak English Schedule & Hours This is a full-time position 44 working hours per week Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
