Key Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY: 2D & 3D Design Executive will responsible responsible for supporting the R&D function by preparing accurate 2D/3D drawings, renderings and technical documentation for furniture products. The role focuses on transforming design concepts into production-ready drawings while ensuring design accuracy, manufacturability & effective coordination with the R&D & Production teams
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, production drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and 3ds Max
- Assist the Designer and R&D team in developing innovative furniture concepts and product designs aligned with market trends and business objectives.
- Develop detailed furniture drawings, layouts, and prototypes for assigned R&D projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications for home furniture products.
- Modify and update product designs based on feedback from the R&D team, Production, or customers
- Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments to ensure design feasibility & manufacturability.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements, where required, to ensure design accuracy and project feasibility.
- Maintain design documentation, product specifications, drawing revisions, and technical records.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company quality standards, design specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Education: Graduation/Diploma in Civil, Drafting, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in CAD drafting, 3D modelling, or furniture design
