Your Missions

You will work with our long-standing clients in France and abroad in our strategic sectors, particularly: ''Retail and Consumer'', ''Energy and Utilities'' and ''Aerospace and Defense''. Your missions will be as varied as: defining the master plan, helping to choose tools, studying migration strategies to S/4HANA, designing and implementing Core Model S/4HANA, and business and IT support for their projects. You will be at the heart of major transformation and process optimization projects to offer real added value to our clients. You will play a key role in business development, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the creation of attractive commercial proposals.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• A Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• More than 9 years of experience in the Consulting world with a major impact in the management of significant projects, including risk management.
• Participation in at least 5 end-to-end projects (AMOA or MOE) where you have supervised and mentored at least 5 resources.
• Mastery of logistics process operations (inventory, warehouse management, delivery and transport management...).
• A very good understanding and mastery of end-to-end flows as well as integration challenges with related processes (upstream and downstream).
• Expertise in solutions supporting logistics processes.
• SAP certification in logistics or an upstream domain.
• APICS or Lean (Six Sigma) certification is a plus.
• Natural leadership with good business acumen and the ability to negotiate and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
