Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical engineering projects especially related to Deep-hole Gun Drill Machines and operations within the manufacturing sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while driving innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new or existing projects.
- Collaborate with design engineers to create and review mechanical designs, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage the acquisition of materials and components necessary for project execution.
- Perform quality control checks on project deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on metrics such as performance, risks, and changes.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree / BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Stronge Knowledge and skills related to Deep-hole Gun Drill Machines and operations.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer within the manufacturing industry, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
