As a GRC Consultant at PwC Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consultancy services for GRC solution implementations. Your responsibilities broadly includes three (3) areas: 1) Business analyst Conduct workshops, focused group discussions, process walkthroughs, interviews to understand the client's current processes and methodologies Review and summarise existing framework and process documents to understand the client's current processes and methodologies within the respective GRC domains Develop deliverable documents such as functional / user requirement documents and end-user manuals Conduct training for end-users after the system implementation Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client Prepare change management plans 2) Solution configuration Perform system configuration of the respective GRC solutions ( e.g. Archer, ServiceNow, Workiva) Perform internal unit testing of the system configured Deploy configured system to the respective system environment ( e.g. Test / Production) Perform data migration Support Post-Go Live activities ( e.g. issue resolution, change management) 3) Support with business development Provide support in the submission of Request-for-Proposal / Information to interested clients Organise / coordinate / support marketing events such as webinars, roundtable events, exhibitions, etc Prepare periodic updates of the progress of business development activities Assist in developing strategic partnerships with solution partners Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage in various risk services projects within PwC Malaysia’s Risk Services business unit, broadening your exposure and expertise in the field.   • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Additional Considerations

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Archer IRM, ServiceNow, Workiva, or other risk technology systems)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Project Management, AGILE, Archer, ServiceNow)
  • Experience in system implementation (e.g. As a Business Analyst, Developer)
  • Experience in using data analytic tools (e.g. Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview)
