As a Banking/Mortgage Loan Conference Call Rep you will support a leading provider of credit information for mortgage lending to support credit facilitation operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring effective communication between borrowers, lenders, and creditors during the mortgage application process. You will initiate and support conference calls, gather updated credit information, and facilitate the exchange of information required to support mortgage lending decisions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate conference calls to borrowers to arrange or participate in conference calls regarding their mortgage applications.
  • Place calls to creditors to request and verify current account information needed to update consumer credit reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between lenders, borrowers, and credit bureaus to ensure information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
  • Document call outcomes and update account records.
  • Perform accurate data entry of account information, credit updates, and call documentation into applicable systems.
  • Manage conference calls involving borrowers, lenders, and third party creditors.
  • Maintain ownership of calls when conducting conference calls involving multiple parties, ensuring all required information is obtained and accurately communicated.
  • Guide conversations to ensure calls remain focused and achieve intended objectives.
  • Accurately record, review, and maintain account information in applicable systems while ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a call center, credit reporting, mortgage, lending, financial services, data entry, or related environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear, professional phone presence.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain information across multiple systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple calls and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Computer navigation skills and ability to work across multiple screens and systems.
