Job Location Cincinnati Job Description The Performance Media Trading Manager is a role with our US In-House Media team, supporting the Native business within our North America division and will be responsible for the implementation of our digital media strategies. As a US Media Trading Manager, you will be a collaborative and courageous leader whose primary focus will be helping to execute social and programmatic media campaigns for the business, inclusive of audience & inventory strategy and ongoing campaign optimizations that deliver on the intended goals & objectives for the investment. As the Beauty Care Performance Media Trading Manager, you will: Be responsible for social and programmatic tactical plan creation as well as audience creation, campaign set up, execution, tagging/trafficking creative assets and reporting across social and programmatic media channels.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 4-5+ years experiences as a social and programmatic trader Experience building and optimizing campaigns using Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, The Trade Desk Prefer experience with clients who have significant national advertising and experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or other fast-moving, consumer facing spaces are preferred Strong math and analytical skills Foundational marketing acumen Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum) Ability to learn server-based software and tools Strong interest in and familiarity with full media planning and activation process Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Passion for media and specifically media buying as a trader Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
