The PwC Deals team delivers comprehensive and effective solutions, advice, and support, backed by strong industry and market knowledge from project initiation through to deal completion. We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Financial Services Associate/Senior Associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic Financial Services Deals team within our Advisory Line of Service. As a Junior Financial Services Associate/Senior Associate, you will support a variety of Financial Services Transaction Advisory projects, working closely with senior team members. Your contributions will help drive successful outcomes for our clients across banking, insurance, fintech, and other financial sectors.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services Transaction Advisory, or a related role, with a strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or similar fields.
- University degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, or ACCA are an advantage but not required.
- Good financial modeling skills and the ability to work with financial data accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek, with the confidence to engage with internal teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financial analysis tools.
- Collaborative team player eager to learn and develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in buy- and sell-side transaction support, including due diligence and valuation work for financial services clients.
- Support loan portfolio valuations and underwriting activities.
- Help prepare business and restructuring plans aligned with client strategies.
- Participate in the analysis of market data and sector trends to inform strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the preparation of client proposals and other business development activities.
- Collaborate with team members, ensuring smooth project delivery and knowledge sharing.
