Job Location NEW YORK OFFICE Job Description SK-II, a leading luxury worldwide skincare brand, famous for our global best-selling “Facial Treatment Essence” is looking to continue to rapidly grow and expand in the U.S. market. The Account Executive reports to the Head of Field Sales and is responsible for instore sales and training within designated territory and can effectively execute instore events.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Job Qualifications A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education Previous experience working with luxury/prestige skincare sales within Department stores and Self-select (currently Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Sephora) 3-5 years of sales experience ideally with a prestige/luxury skincare brand Experience educating instore retailer teams (Department Stores and self-select preferred) in a busy and dynamic retail environment Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and organizational skills Prior experience with event planning and execution within a retail environment Previous experience building relationships with Department Store management Must have a reliable means of transportation Willing to travel up to 80%+ based on promotional activities and territory alignment Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to review sales reporting Demonstrated ability to multi-task, follow thorough processes efficiently and improve them, and be flexible to business need changes while maintaining a high level of organization Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support a diverse client and team environment but not neccesary Open to candidates in the New York Metro area or New Jersey; no relocation benefit provided Starting Pay / Salary Range: $71,100-$88,900 In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for additional short-term compensation/incentives. Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
