Job Summary: Oversee and optimize billing processes within the Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Larkana and Sukkur Region; ensure accurate invoicing, manage disputes and implement efficient billing systems.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• ACMA with 4 years of post-membership experience in a Utility Company; OR MBA from an HEC recognized university with at least 6 years of experience in a Utility Company.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead the North Billing team to achieve departmental goals.
2. Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards within Sukkur/Larkana/Nawabshah/Quetta regions.
3. Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
4. Implement and maintain efficient billing systems; continuously optimize processes.
5. Develop and analyze billing reports to provide insights into revenue trends and identify improvements.
6. Work with IT teams to implement technological solutions to enhance billing operations.
7. Conduct regular training sessions for the billing team to ensure best practices and compliance.
8. Engage in strategic planning for revenue enhancement and cost-saving initiatives.
9. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing billing queries professionally.
10. Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework in assigned role.
11. Ensure compliance with Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
12. Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
