Attends and contributes to all training sessions as required. Assures that all Executive Club & Business Center employees are familiar with current promotions, policies, hotel product knowledge and other necessary information. Handles all guest and internal guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
