As a Grad in the Skills & Learning team, you will play a key role in shaping, executing, and scaling upskilling initiatives for both internal teams and external academic partnerships. Skills & Learning - Graduate Program is designed for freshers or early career professionals (0-1 years experience) eager to start a career in Operations, Program Coordination, and talent development administration. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of development programs, technical upskilling tracks and other learning initiatives within ETIC.
Program Duration : 1 year (Paid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Learner Onboarding & Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new cohorts, ensuring learners understand their learning paths, platforms, schedules, and expectations.
- Engagement & Retention: Monitor learner engagement, identify early signs of disengagement or risk, and proactively reach out to provide support, encouragement, or escalation.
- Program Administration: Handle day-to-day operations for the Skills & Learning initiatives, ensuring timelines, engagement and deliverables are met.
- Logistics Coordination: organize sessions schedule, trainings and logistics arrangements.
- Communications Management: learners & vendors communications, reminders and follow-ups to ensure engagement and attendance.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate participant lists, attendance logs, and feedback records; prepare regular status updates for program leads.
- Vendor & Partner Support: Coordinate with training providers, external facilitators, and academic partners to manage logistics and program requirements.
- Record keeping: Ensure all program documentation is complete and stored in the right systems.
- Personalized Learner Support: Act as the first line of support for learner queries related to schedules, access, content, technical issues, or general guidance.
