Your team: Within the accounting department, the General Accounting service (composed of 10 employees) is responsible for:

• Maintaining general accounting records
• Preparing accounting closures
• Performing tax declarations for all entities of the PwC France and Maghreb network (22 companies).

Your Missions

In the context of your functions, you will be required to:

Accounting and Tax Work

• Ensure the maintenance, review, and preparation of annual accounts.
• Perform tax declarations.
• Prepare financial analyses and summaries.
• Participate in tax integration.

Quality, Performance, and Continuous Improvement

• Guarantee the completeness and accuracy of accounting information within the required deadlines.
• Be a driving force for the integration of new analysis and accounting processing tools.
• Propose and manage action plans to improve performance and solve problems.
• Contribute to the documentation, updating, and optimization of internal procedures.
• Participate in the harmonization of working methods.

Collaboration and Transversal Role

• Work in a team.
• Play a business partner role with internal clients (management control, legal, etc.).
• Interact directly with other departments: Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Management Control, IT Department, Payroll, Legal…

Supervision and Development

• Support junior employees in the development of their skills.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Your profile

You have the following experience and skills:

Training and Experience

• Bac+5 diploma in Accounting, Finance or Audit (DSCG, Master CCA, Business School degree).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a multi-company environment.

Technical Skills

• Significant experience in implementing management tools, automation, and process simplification.
• Proficiency in Excel and office tools.
• Knowledge of an ERP, ideally SAP.
• Use of tax reporting software (CEGID would be a plus).
• Solid tax knowledge and notions of consolidation.
• Notions of English, both written and oral.

Personal Qualities

• Rigor, curiosity, adaptability, initiative.
