The Finance of the Future team at PwC focuses on projects in the area of finance, especially controlling and modern tools supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). As a leading financial planning and analysis consultant, you will help our clients plan, budget, forecast, and also continuously monitor, report, and consolidate financial results. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You want to develop in financial modeling, financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting using modern EPM and Business Intelligence systems.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in management accounting, controlling, or in the implementation of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
- You have a higher economic education (preferred fields: economics, management, finance, controlling).
- You know and can apply cost analysis methods and identify areas for their optimization.
- You have practical experience in processes related to financial liquidity management and working capital optimization.
- You strive to understand the business model, and you look at reports not only technically but also substantively - e.g., trying to determine the causes of deviations and defining their impact on the business.
- You can collaborate and have the ability to build relationships with business leaders at various organizational levels.
- You have a strong focus on continuous development (training, self-study, applying new knowledge in practice, actively seeking solutions).
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- You are fluent in English and Polish.
- You have excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel with Power Query and PowerPoint.
- You have excellent analytical skills and ease of working with numbers.
Preferred:
- Experience in leading complex projects, including the implementation of ERP/EPM systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- CIMA/ACCA certifications.
- Knowledge of VBA.
