Key Responsibilities:
The Case Management & Training Officer shall be responsible for conducting harassment-related case proceedings in accordance with institutional policies and SOPs. The incumbent shall manage case documentation, ensure secure handling of data, and contribute to institutional awareness and prevention initiatives. The role also includes administrative reporting and coordination responsibilities within C3A.
i. Case Management & Proceedings
· Conduct harassment-related case proceedings in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
· Serve as a member of the Inquiry Committee.
· Record statements, review evidence, and ensure procedural fairness.
· Prepare comprehensive case reports with findings and recommendations.
· Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all case materials in line with harassment inquiry SOP’s
ii. Documentation & Data Management
· Maintain organized and secure records of all case-related documents and digital materials.
· Ensure proper indexing, archiving, and retention of records as per institutional policy.
· Coordinate report vetting and compliance requirements with relevant authorities.
iii. Training & Awareness
· Conduct awareness sessions on harassment policy for faculty, staff, and students.
· Facilitate C3A orientation sessions.
· Assist in development of training materials and policy dissemination initiatives.
iv. Administrative Responsibilities
· Contribute to preparation of periodic reports, returns, and compliance documentation of C3A.
· Support policy drafting, SOP revisions, and procedural improvements.
· Assist in general administrative and coordination tasks of C3A related to P&LP, Works Dte, Admin Dte etc.
· Provide administrative support to GM, coordinate work with other officials, type and /or draft memorandums, correspondence, agenda material and other documents.
. Perform any duty assigned by the GM.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualification:Minimum Master’s degree in Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Law or related field preferred.
Experience:
· Minimum 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
· Demonstrated experience in conducting formal case proceedings or institutional investigations
. Experience in administrative management and institutional coordination.
General Conditions:

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
