Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Registration Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support the registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, aimed at facilitating smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process registration documents accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during registration procedures.
  • Maintain organized records of registrations and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to coordinate registration activities.
  • Assist in resolving registration issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to enhance the registration process.
  • Stay updated with changes in registration regulations and standards relevant to the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in registration or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
