Assistant Director (Digital) S3C at National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST).

Key Responsibilities:
To manage the end-to-end development, integration, and optimization of the
Student Support Services Centre (
S3C) One Window Digital Platform, ensuring timely delivery, seamless system integration, and high-quality user experience through structured project management and coordination with LMS, ICT, and institutional stakeholders.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Student One Window App (S3C Portal) in coordination with LMS Development Team
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, sprint cycles, and deliverables tracking
- Oversee integration of S3C platform with university systems (e.g., Qalam, academic records, enrollment, finance, fee status)
- Coordinate with ICT Directorate on API integrations, data exchange protocols, and system interoperability
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the digital platform
- Translate business processes into automated digital workflows including:
- Standardize and digitize student service processes across directorates
- Act as the central coordination point between various teams.
- Align digital solutions with institutional policies and governance model (coordination role of S3C)
- Manage external vendors/partners if engaged for development or integration
- Recommend and implement continuous system enhancements
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system usability
- Incorporate feedback from students and departments into iterative improvements
- Ensure a user-centric design approach for all digital touchpoints
- Develop and implement digital SOPs, service standards, and operational frameworks
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional policies
- Maintain proper documentation of system architecture, workflows, and processes
- Enable digital channels for student communication, notifications, and service awareness
- Support integration of feedback systems and engagement tools within the platform
Required Skills:

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualification:Minimum 18 years of education; in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Project Management or related fields from HEC recognized University.
Experience:
Essential Experience
5-7 years of overall work experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technical coordination, Liaison between non-technical and technical teams, databases management, reporting and dashboarding
Desirable Experience
Prior experience within a university environment and student services

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
