Allow our team to curate your stay with the spirit of Brotherly Love. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, revenueâdriven Catering Sales Manager who embodies our hospitality brand and culture. What You Will Do Drive sales for social, corporate, and shortâterm booking events designed for intimate gatherings Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries promptly to confirm profitable events and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals Maintain an active followâup system on all inquiries and sales calls Negotiate with clients using creative presentations and event design proposals to maximize revenue while meeting client needs and contractual obligations Conduct property site tours and entertain planners and clients Manage client relationships throughout the planning process, ensuring all event details are executed accordingly Serve as the primary liaison for vendor and supplier needs (e.g., audiovisual, florals, entertainment) Plan and/or participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients, including Operations Briefings, Resume Meetings, BEO Meetings, Planning Visits, and Menu Tastings What You Bring Passion for flawless service, integrity, and strong work ethic College degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2â3 years of directly related event sales experience strongly preferred Luxury brand experience a plus Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Legal authorization to work in the United States What We Offer Competitive wages Complimentary employee meals Uniforms and uniform laundering Training and development opportunities Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Discounted Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Parking and SEPTA access City Fitness membership Schedule & Hours Occasional travel required for training, conferences, and special events Availability for evenings and weekends as needed Miscellaneous US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
