Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
- 5+ years in M365-based technical roles (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot)
- Multi-project and stakeholder/vendor management (legal/financial preferred)
- Tier 3 support and incident management
- Automation and low/no-code solutions
- M365 architecture basics (connectors, permissions, Dataverse)
- Copilot and AI tools knowledge
- Advanced English
- Nice to Have:
- ITIL environments and operational reporting
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Advanced French
- General Requirements:
- Understand the importance of having correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
