Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in relevant field.
Job Description / Notes:
- Maintain organized records of project documents including attendance, logistics, procurement, and coordination meeting minutes.
- Support administrative functions such as travel planning, supply tracking, and office logistics at district level.
- Accurately enter and update data from health facilities, community activities, and training sessions into relevant project databases.
- Assist the MEAL and program teams with compiling monthly and quarterly reports.
- Manage filing systems (hard and soft copies) for inventory, beneficiary lists, and training data.
- Coordinate logistical needs for field visits, trainings, and facility-based audits in collaboration with the logistic officer.
- Undertake any other administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.
