Our team advises listed and non-listed (family, private equity-backed) companies or their management teams on management remuneration and participation plans during mergers, acquisitions, and transformations. The total Executive Reward team consists of approximately 15 colleagues with diverse backgrounds: tax, legal, financial, accounting, etc. The more specific Tax & Deals team within Executive Reward consists of approximately 7 colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in complex tax advisory within a leading firm.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You are an ambitious tax specialist with some experience in taxation. You are curious and interested in further developing yourself as a Tax & Deals specialist within the Executive Reward team.
- You have good tax knowledge, are analytically strong, and enthusiastic.
- You possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Furthermore:
- You have a completed university degree in Fiscal Law or Fiscal Economics.
- You have excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages and are able to articulate complex topics clearly in writing and orally.
- You are curious about developments within the field and driven to make a difference with your team.
- You believe in acting with integrity both internally and externally and take personal responsibility for this.
- You can empathize well with your colleagues and stakeholders, appreciating everyone's added value.
- You enjoy working in a team where different ideas and perspectives are incorporated into the work.
- You are innovative, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
