As a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Senior Associate, Dublin, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will contribute to high-impact risk and regulatory projects that shape the future of our clients’ businesses, supporting them in designing and enhancing their frameworks to meet evolving regulatory expectations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Education/Qualifications:
    • Degree qualified.
    • A recognised compliance qualification (a distinct advantage).
    • Recognised project management qualifications would be desirable.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years’ industry or consulting experience in a Compliance environment, with a strong understanding of the Irish conduct regulatory landscape including CPC, SME, CCMA, GDPR, F&P, MiFID etc.
  • Key Attributes and Skills:
    • An analytical mind-set and ability to draw insights from data for solutioning and value business outcomes coupled with effective communication and report writing skills.
    • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
