Job Description: As a PST - Making/Process Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process within our facility.

Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization Growth expectations aligned with team and individual performance in a stable external business environment Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production role Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and develop new skills within the role Job Qualifications Qualifications In order to perform the work described above in our manufacturing atmosphere, plant technicians must: Rotate shifts on a 5-day or 7-day schedule Lift, lower and carry objects up to 50 lbs. We believe you will be an excellent fit here if you are: 18 years of age or older Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education Qualifications Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes) Use basic hand and power tools Display skills in manufacturing processes, including operating, maintaining and cleaning automated equipment Maintain accurate records and data Strong technical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Basic Microsoft computer skills Starting Pay: $27.02/hour + shift differential Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
