About the Role:
The Data Center Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise data center operations to ensure the reliability, efficiency, scalability, and security of business‑critical infrastructure.
About You:
This role requires a minimum of 4 years of overall data center experience, including at least 2 years in a Data Center Administrator role, with hands‑on responsibility in enterprise‑scale environments. The Administrator supports server, storage, network, virtualization, and facility operations, ensures high availability and disaster recovery readiness, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to resolve escalated issues and continuously improve operational performance.
Basic Qualifications:The position is primarily scheduled for third shift
Hands-on experience with racking and stacking enterprise server hardware, storage platforms, and virtualization technologies
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall concepts
Experience using data center monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and basic scripting or automation with PowerShell or Python
Preferred Qualifications:Proven problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills in production environments
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP are preferred

The pay range for this position is $63,900 to $91,800. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
