Bachelor’s degree (Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field). Proficiency in Kobo Toolbox, Excel, and ODK.Experience:
At least 2-3 years work experience in program coordination, logistics, or field operations in a healthcare or NGO setting.
Job Description:
- · Workplan Development: Develop and oversee the rolling 3-month workplans for all field sites.
- · Daily Coordination: Manage daily tasks of the field team, ensuring CHWs and Supervisors align with zone assignments.
- · Site Monitoring: Consolidate and review Weekly Field Site Reports every Friday for quantitative tracking.
- · System Management: Primary tracker for the Triplicate Slip System, ensuring digital data accuracy.
- · Linkage Accountability: Monitor the 'Referral Handshake' to ensure patients reach IHHN PCP facilities.
- · Logistics: Support CHWs in solving barriers like transport or supply needs for referral materials.
- · Supply Chain: Ensure zero stock-outs of Referral slips, HH Registers, and IEC materials.
- · Reporting: Track variance in weekly targets and prepare reports for Monday Strategic Sync.
