Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are partnering with a well-established organization in the UAE to appoint a senior leader who will oversee the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure and engineering assets.
This role will play a key part in ensuring operational continuity, asset reliability, and overall performance, while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across complex operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure assets across multiple sites
• Develop and execute strategies to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Oversee maintenance programs, including preventive and corrective activities
• Ensure uninterrupted operations while managing risks, incidents, and operational challenges
• Drive performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and develop high-performing technical and operational teams
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
• Manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and technology adoption

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) is an advantage
• Strong experience in operations and maintenance within large-scale infrastructure or industrial environments
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and performance management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
