Job Title: Secretary to General Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Location: Abu DHabi UAE
Reporting To: General Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Arabic-speaking Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager
• Manage and maintain the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes in Arabic and English
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation
• Translate documents and communications (Arabic ? English)
• Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Secretary / Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
